Honey Mustard Biscuits from Rachel Ray

Ingredients

  • 3 cups baking mix, such as Bisquick
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 3 to 4 scallions, thinly sliced on a bias
  • 1 small zucchini, shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1 cup shredded yellow cheddar cheese, divided
  • Salt and ground black pepper
Blend together, drop onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 425ºF for 15-18 min.
